Individual Counselling

Work one-on-one with a counsellor to explore what’s holding you back, build on your strengths, change behaviour, and prepare for life’s next challenges. Using contemporary, evidence-based approaches—such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative techniques—counselling can support your mental health, personal growth, and overall wellbeing.

Family Counselling

Family life can be full of challenges—and sometimes it helps to have support in navigating them together. Our social worker, Matt, brings warmth and expertise to his work with families, using systemic and strengths-based approaches to foster connection and change. Drawing on evidence-based therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Behaviour Support, and Functional Behaviour Assessment, Matt helps families understand patterns, improve communication, and strengthen relationships in a safe, supportive space.

Couples Counselling

Relationships can be deeply meaningful—and at times, challenging. Couples counselling provides a supportive space to explore patterns, strengthen communication, and reconnect with what matters most to you both.
