NeuroACT® Groups & Individual

NeuroACT® combines Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with neurodiversity-informed tools to support emotional regulation, stress management, and psychological flexibility. Designed for individuals with autism, ADHD, or high stress, it offers practical strategies through mindfulness, values work, and cognitive exercises to promote well-being and personal growth.

Individual Counselling

Work one-on-one with a counsellor to explore what’s holding you back, build on your strengths, change behaviour, and prepare for life’s next challenges. Using contemporary, evidence-based approaches—such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative techniques—counselling can support your mental health, personal growth, and overall wellbeing.

Family Group Work

Challenges at home can be tough to navigate and even harder to talk about. Our social worker, Matt, brings extensive experience supporting families through systemic, strengths-based approaches. He uses evidence-informed strategies such as Positive Behaviour Support and Functional Behaviour Assessment to help families better understand patterns, build connection, and create meaningful change.

Functional Capacity Assessment

Looking for a clearer picture of how mental health or disability impacts daily life?
Our experienced social worker provides Functional Capacity Assessments for both young people and adults. These assessments are recognised by the NDIS and can:

  • Support individuals with mental health presentations seeking evidence for an NDIS application

  • Assist NDIS participants with psychosocial disabilities

  • Help NDIS participants with other disabilities who may be experiencing challenges with emotional wellbeing, relationships, or community participation

Each assessment takes a holistic approach, exploring how disability impacts important areas such as relationships, education, employment, finances, housing, and community involvement.
