We value your opinions, suggestions, and experiences. Your feedback helps us continually improve our services. We will ask for feedback which can be provided verbally, in writing, or through surveys or feedback forms. Here’s how you can share your thoughts with us:

Feel free to speak with any staff member in person about your experiences.

We take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve them promptly and fairly. If you have a concern, follow these steps:

What to Include in Your Complaint

Don’t feel comfortable bringing a complaint to us?

You don’t need to submit a complaint with us. If you have a serious complaint you can talk to the NDIS Commission or the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
